Welcome to the offices of Dr. Vera Dooley

A message from Dr. Steven Kirkpatrick:

Over the last 43 years, I have immensely enjoyed the practice of dentistry. I want to thank all of you who have allowed me the privilege of working with you, your friends and multiple generations of your families. I am grateful for your confidence and have enjoyed providing your dental care. You have made my professional career both rewarding and fun!

I have searched for a colleague to fill my shoes that I feel shares my same philosophy and dedication with respect to patient care. I am pleased to introduce Dr. Vera Dooley to you. Dr. Dooley will be taking over responsibility for your dental treatment in our office. I feel fortunate to have found a kind, caring and competent professional to continue providing excellent dental care.

Dr. Dooley, her husband Matt, and their three children traveled the world as a military family during Matt’s service as an Air Force Officer. They fell in love with our area, and decided to settle here to raise their family. Dr. Dooley graduated from the University of Southern California, School of Dentistry, and was selected to participate in the Louisiana State University’s one-year General Practice Residency Program, where she received advanced training in a variety of dental treatment areas. When she is not in the office, you will find her travelling with her family or working in the garden.

I also want to express my deep appreciation to my dedicated team- Nancy, Linda and Shelley. They have been amazing with the level of care they have provided, always with a smile and sense of humor, and with their support of me over the years. They are looking forward to doing the same with Dr. Dooley and to having you meet her. All dental visits, both short term and long term, remain as scheduled. If you are overdue for a check up and cleaning with Shelley, be sure to call Nancy to schedule a visit.

Dr. Dooley and I will work together to ensure that there is a smooth transition for each of you. I have total trust and confidence in her and I am pleased to be leaving you in good hands.

Thank you for honoring me with your friendship and trust these many years. I will miss seeing you but it is time for me to move on to the next chapter. I wish your future to be one of happiness, health and abundance
