As we’re all facing the challenges of PG&E shutting off power for days at a time, many businesses are finding ways to stay open and continue to serve our community. At Vera Dooley, DDS, we have a generator and are open regular hours as well as for emergency dental care. We are also offering refrigeration for perishable medication (and you don’t need to be a patient of ours).
We’ve been compiling a list of other businesses in the Placerville area who are staying open even when the power is out. We’re trying to verify accuracy the best we can, but cannot guarantee it. If you call and don’t get an answer, it may just be that the phones are out with the power, but the business is still open. The Missouri Flat area has generally not been losing power, but we are primarily focusing here on businesses who stay open when they do lose power.
